Report Abuse

GuardX is a proxy: the content of a protected site is hosted by its owner on their own server, and we cannot remove it from there. What we can do is stop serving the domain through our network and pass your report on. Email support@guardx.fr with the subject “Abuse report” and include:

• the full URL of the content, and the domain;
• what the problem is (phishing, malware, illegal content, attack traffic, copyright infringement, other);
• evidence such as screenshots, headers or logs, and the date and time you saw it;
• your name and contact details, so we can follow up.

We review reports and act under the Acceptable Use Policy. For urgent cases (active phishing, malware, content that endangers someone) say so in the subject. We may share your report with the site’s owner unless you ask us not to and the law allows it.

For illegal content you can also use the French government’s platform PHAROS (internet-signalement.gouv.fr), and contact the hosting provider of the origin server.
